How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the app store where the purchase was made, not directly by Ficomod.
iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select the app and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android: open Google Play, tap your profile icon, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select the app and cancel.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google because purchases are processed through their app stores.
Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and select the purchase you want to query.
Google Play: visit your Google Play order history at play.google.com/store/account and follow the available refund options.
How do I change my subscription plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade or manage your plan through the app store account used to subscribe.
Apple: go to Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions and select the app.
Google Play: open Google Play, tap your profile icon, choose Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Where can I find receipts or invoices?
Receipts are issued by the app store rather than Ficomod.
Apple purchase history can be viewed through reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play order history can be viewed at play.google.com/store/account.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Purchases are normally linked to the Apple ID or Google account used when the original purchase was made.
Install the app on the new device, sign in with the same app store account and use the Restore Purchases option where available in the app.
How do I delete my account?
If an app includes account functionality, account deletion is usually available from the app settings. Look for options such as Delete Account, Remove Account or Account Settings.
Important: deleting an account does not automatically cancel an app store subscription. Please cancel any active subscription separately through Apple or Google Play.
